Gimlet
Helping sailors dodge scurvy

The Gimlet is believed to have been around since the late 18th century. British 🇬🇧 sailors were encouraged to drink it in the 19th century since the citrus juice helped prevent scurvy 😬, which is a disease brought on from vitamin C deficiency.
It's gone through several variations of the gin to lime juice ratio but the modern versions are less sweet.
This is a simple but wonderful tasting HighBation. When served in a coupe glass it feels elegant. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 oz non-alcoholic gin
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Lime wedge
Steps:
Add the NA gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake it until it's cold
Add your cannabis tincture to your glass
Pour the gimlet mix into your glass
