Al Capone's cocktail

Al Capone's favorite cocktail. It's believed to have gotten it's name after the South Side district of Chicago, which is the area that Al Capone's gang controlled from 1925 - 1932.
The gin that Al Capone imported during prohibition was rougher than the rival gang in the North Side of Chicago. This meant it had to be mixed with sweeteners to make it taste better. That's how the South Side was born.
This cocktail uses Seedlip Spice 94 in place of the gin. It's blended with Allspice, Cardamom and Oak and has a citrus finish.
Ingredients:
2 oz Seedlip Spice 94
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz maple syrup
6 mint leaves
2 mg cannabis tincture
Mint sprig garnish (optional)
Steps:
Add the mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle them
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice
Add the gin, lemon juice, lime juice and maple syrup to the cocktail shaker
Strain the drink into a coupe cocktail glass
Add the cannabis tincture to the glass and stir it in
Garnish with the mint sprig
